.38-40. 5.5" barrel. SN: 291310 (mfg. ca. 1907). Blued and color casehardened finish, checkered hard rubber Rampant Colt logo grips. Single action solid frame revolver with loading gate, six-chambered fluted cylinder, top strap groove rear sight and blade front sight. Standard Colt markings, visible serial numbers match. Revolver is accompanied by a Colt Factory Letter confirming the configuration and that the revolver was part of a shipment of 5 similar guns to Wyeth Hardward & Mfg Co of St. Joseph, MO on March 18,1907. Family lore says this gun belonged to a Texas Ranger. Included are an old set of handcuffs and shackle chain and an old tooled belt.
This firearm is modern and must be picked up or shipped to a FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE HOLDER or a CURIO AND RELICS HOLDER.

Condition
Very Good. Bore good, moderately oxidized with good rifling. Metal with some traces of finish, more on the cylinder than anywhere else and showing moderate oxidation and wear. Markings remain legible. Mechanically functional action. Grips with some light wear and minor marks. Handcuffs, chain and belt are all well worn.

- California Residents — California residents holding a valid Curio & Relic License may pick up eligible firearms directly from our Nevada facility; however, Nevada Gun Auctions does not ship C&R firearms directly into California. All such transactions will be handled exclusively through Guns N Ammo.
- Shipping — All Nevada Gun Auctions shipments are sent via FedEx with adult signature required and insured for 1.5% of the purchase price unless waived in writing. Shipping costs for each lot are published within the lot description. Handguns are required by law to ship via FedEx 2Day Air.
