Double action revovler with a six chamered fluted swing out cylinder, star extractor system, frame notch rear sight and half moon blade front sight. Standard Colt markings. Includes an unrelated US Model 1916 holster for an M1911 pistol, marked "S&R" on the rear with a "J.P.C." inspection.

Good. Bore fair, with moderate amounts of light rust and visbile rifling. Metal with some blue remaining, showing moderate loss and wear and some scattered surface rust. Markings remain clear and legible. Revolver needs some mechanical attention as the cylidner release does not always operate correctly and the cyldiner stop only engages when the revovler is cocked or when the trigger is pulled fully to the rear. Timing appear to be okay with the mechanism somewhat sticky in double action mode. Holster well worn and showing finsih loss and some minor damage.
