Colt Single Action Army with holster. .45 caliber, 5" barrel, s erial number 107670, produced 1884. Finished blue with wood grips. This Colt belonged to Lupe Valenzuela who was a cowboy and appeared in some films in Arizona at the turn of the 20th century. Top of Barrel has stamped "Colt's RT. F. A. MFG. Co. Hartford CT. U.S.A.". Left side of frame has patent stamps 1871, 1872, 1875. Grip has stippled boarder design. The holster is stamped "Shelton - Payne - Arms - Co. Makers El Paso Texas". The lower part of the holster has letters hand carved on either side, "R" on the left and "D" on the right. Dimensions: 10.5" long overall. Holster: 9.5"l x 5"w This firearm is antique and does not require special licensing. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $45 . Condition

Overall good condition. Action functions smoothly. Barrel appears shortened. Finish heavily worn, very little remains overall. Hammer and trigger have a significant amount of their finish remaining interestingly. Small dents and scratches to metal overall. Crown has small dents and pitting. Rifling strong, very minor pitting in bore. wood grips heavily worn. Holster leather has some red rot. All its stitching has popped, held together by rivets. Has tear at trigger cutout.
