Condition
Good overall condition. The ivory handle shows a warm, aged patina with minor natural hairline age lines. There is a small area of loss or chipping to the back edge of the bird’s wing, visible upon close inspection, which does not detract significantly from the display. The carving otherwise remains crisp and well-defined. The silver plate collar has light tarnish appropriate to age. The hardwood shaft is straight and smooth with typical minor surface marks. The engraved ivory and bone tip is intact with light wear.
