The City of Inglewood seal appears at center, surrounded by a radiant sunburst field, laurel wreath border, and spread eagle crest. The reverse retains the applied maker’s seal reading “ENTENMANN ‘GENUINE CARLTONE’ LOS ANGELES” and is fitted with a vertical pinback assembly. The reverse also bears a small modern sticker reading “Ray Bader / Capt. Reserve.” Reserve officers serve in a supporting law enforcement capacity, assisting full-time personnel in municipal policing duties.
