Overall very fine condition. bore excellent, no pitting or rust. metal pieces have no rust or evidence of former rust however the case hardening is no longer as vivid as it likely once was. bluing worn at breech and muzzle, right barrel has 3 inch long scuff that has taken off a significant amount of the blue in that spot, bottom of barrels also have scratches in blue. leather carrying case scuffed on edges, has some red rot, and the lid hinge is split half way.
