Coast Guard signal cannon made by RBG Cannons presented to Richard M Butrick. Made to fire a 10 gauge black powder blank. Has 16.26" barrel, serial number 0116, made in 2006. Brass cannon and brass mounting on a bloodwood base.
Presentation plaque reads:

Mechanically functional. Has some surface corrosion from being in salty sea air for an extended period of time. The presentation plaque has warped upward, likely from base shrinkage.
