An elegant early 20th century Spanish sword cane featuring a finely carved ivory handle depicting a reclining nude female figure with flowing hair and drapery. The faux tortoiseshell shaft is mounted with sterling silver fittings, including a collar marked "R. F. S. & Co. Sterling" and sheath marked "Sterling RFIO" (or "RF10"), and terminates in a natural antler ferrule. Housed within is a full-length, triangular-section Toledo blade ornately etched and gilt, bearing the "TOLEDO" signature at the ricasso—indicative of the famed Spanish sword-making tradition.
