Two antique orange lithographed sporting powder tins, including an American E.C. Powder Co. “No. 1 Smokeless Shot Gun Powder” tin from Oakland, Bergen Co., N.J., featuring detailed printed loading directions on reverse, together with an “Imperial Gun Powder” tin manufactured by Eureka Powder Works, New Durham, N.H., decorated with hunting dog and game motifs. The rectangular tin measures approximately 3.5 in. W x 5.5 in. T x 1.5 in. D; the oval tin measures approximately 4 in. W x 5 in. T x 2 in. D.
