Blued and Parkerized finish, single bolt finger groove walnut S stock.Bolt action fixed magazine rifle with folding tangent rear sight marked to "27", hooded front sight, bayonet lug, sling and stacking swivels, no oiler in butt trap. Barrel marked SA and 3-15 . Counterpane with clear boxed block J.F.C. cartouche and with clear Circle-P behind the triggerguard. Includes a US M1907 sling. NOTE: Springfield M1903 Rifles with serial numbers under about 800,000 are considered unsafe for shooting due to the heat treatment used on the receivers.

Very Good. Bore about good with heavy grease inside. Metal with some of the finish remaining showing moderate wear and loss. Markings clear and legible. Mechanically functional action. Wood fairly nice with numerous scattered bumps, dings and mars.
