W. Parkhurst Double Barrel Shotgun, 12 gauge (barrels actually marked 13 underside). 30.25" barrels, serial number "1816", circa 1880s-1892 W. Parkhurst was a trade brand name made for and imported by Schoverling, Daley & Gales, an importer and wholesale sporting goods dealer in New York . Many were made by Belgian companies, the English marked guns were made by J.P. Clabrough & Bros . Top rib stamped "London Laminated Steel". Serial number "1816" is found on each barrel, receiver flat, and fore-end iron. Barrels have the three standard 1855-1904 Birmingham proof marks. Each barrel is also marked "Damascus" above the rear Birmingham proof mark and each barrel has the mark "f*w*w" about an inch forward of the Birmingham marks. Dimensions: 46.5" long overall. This firearm is antique and does not require special licensing. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $100 . All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing. Condition

Overall very good condition. Action functions. Bores have pitting, finish overall has gone brown. Stock has some scratches and needs to be oiled.
