Unusual trapezoidal shaped NSKK vehicle ID Flag. The shape is probably so it fits better to the contours of the hood of a car.  

The NSKK, short for "National Socialist Motor Corps", served as a training organization for maintenance of high-performance motorcycles and automobiles. They also transported NSDAP and SA members, and served as a roadside assistance group in the mid-1930s. After the outbreak of World War II, NSKK recruitment ultimately served to bolster the transport corps of various German military branches.
