Well-matched assortment of three U.S. M1 Garand bayonets, each retaining its corresponding scabbard. The lot includes examples from both World War II and early post-war production, with visible maker and date markings including “R.I.A. 1906,” “U.F.H. U.S. 1942,” and “A.F.H. U.S. 1943.” Blades exhibit the typical single fuller configuration with parkerized and polished finishes, paired with ribbed grip scales in wood and composite. Crossguards and pommels show standard issue forms with push-button locking mechanisms. The scabbards include olive drab examples with metal throats and wire hooks, consistent with M3 and M7 types issued during and after the war. The M1 bayonet, adopted in 1943 as a shortened version of the earlier M1905, was issued for use with the M1 Garand rifle and served as a standard U.S. infantry fighting and utility blade throughout World War II and into the Korean War era.
