A finely carved continental cane featuring an ivory handle sculpted in the form of a reclining nude woman, gracefully following the natural curve of the tusk. The handle is mounted on a brass collar above an attractive exotic wood shaft of figured grain, tapering to a dark horn ferrule. Dimensions approx.: total height 36.25 ins., handle length 4.75 ins. Pickup & Shipping: This lot may be picked up free of charge in Gardnerville, NV. Shipping via FedEx Ground/Home available within the continental U.S. for $100. All shipments include Direct Signature Required and full replacement value insurance at a rate of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless the buyer accepts full liability in writing. Condition

Very good overall, the ivory handle showing attractive natural age patina with minor age lines and light handling marks. The wood shaft is straight and retains a rich polish with minimal surface wear. The horn ferrule intact.
