An interesting and less common .22 caliber long rifle falling block by the Page-Lewis Arms Company of Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts. This was a company formed in 1933 after the closure of the J. Stevens Company by former employees of Stevens. They focused on boy’s rifles, and made a variety of rifles primarily in .22 caliber, until they were bought out by the Savage Arms Company. This is a simple falling block rifle, with a take-down bolt on the left side of the action. It has a straight dark stock and blue finish with “Model B Sharpshooter” stamped on the side of the action. 24 inch barrel (mfg. circa 1933). Blued finish, walnut stock. No serial number.

About excellent overall. There are two shallow scratches to the blue on the left side of the action. The blue on the barrel has some very light rust spots. The bore is very good, although a little dark. The action is smooth and tight. The stock is excellent.
