A very nice later issue J. Stevens “Little Scout” rifle in caliber .22, made in Chicopee Falls, Mass., patent date 1907. The gun is extremely similar to the Remington Model 6 in virtually every way. 20 inch barrel (mfg. circa 1909-1916). Blued finish, walnut stock. No serial number.

Excellent. The trigger return spring is weak. The bore is very good. The metal retains some case hardening, and almost all of the original blue.
