Condition

Very good+. Barrel with traces of blue and a mostly smoky pewter patina with some freckled oxidation and pinpricking. Frame with much of the silver plating intact with some moderate wear and moderate darkening due to tarnish. Markings remain fully legible. Mechanically functional action. Fair bore is heavily oxidized and shows even light pitting with weak rifling. Grips good with some wear and added finish, minor warping and some minor chipped loss along the sharp edges. Grips with some internal grain stress cracks that should be stabilized and starting to be visible on the left side.
