.32 Colt. 2.5" barrel. SN: 150503 (mfg. ca. 1932). Blued finish, checkered hard rubber Colt logo grips. Double action revolver with six chambered fluted swing out cylinder, manual star extractor, top strap groove rear sight and half moon blade front sight. Standard Colt markings. Left of frame with folk art style steer's head engraving over the Rampant Colt logo and right side engraved in a fine hand: "Mont W Lincecum/Capt. of Detectives/Sacramento/April 1st, 1938". Mont W Lincecum (1901-1982) was born in Texas and served in the Sacramento police department for 30 years, retiring in 1955. He was a Mason and member of the Scottish Rite as well.
This firearm is modern and must be picked up or shipped to a FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE HOLDER or a CURIO AND RELICS HOLDER.

All private-party purchases of modern firearms will be delivered to Guns N Ammo as soon as possible following Nevada Gun Auctions’ receipt of payment in full.
Condition
Very Good. Bore very good, moderately frosted and with some freckled oxidation. Metal with much of the blue intact, showing moderate wear and loss from carry and use. Markings clear and legible. Mechanically functional action. Grips with some light wear and minor marks.

- Shipping — All Nevada Gun Auctions shipments are sent via FedEx with adult signature required and insured for 1.5% of the purchase price unless waived in writing. Shipping costs for each lot are published within the lot description. Handguns are required by law to ship via FedEx 2Day Air.
