Condition
Overall very fine condition. Mutilated chrysanthemum as was done before weapons were surrendered. Has an inventory number laser penciled into the right side of the chamber. This was done by the Pilkingtons after a burglary. Bore excellent, strong rifling and no pitting. Finish on metal very good, retains most blue. Stock has dents and scratches. Sling is dried and cracking. Bayonet is well worn. The gun was greased and as a result of this, quite a lot of grime and dust sticks to it In some places.
