Group of four late 19th-century percussion cap tins by the Union Metallic Cartridge Co., Bridgeport, Connecticut, representing several label variants within the firm’s “Foil Lined” and “Central Fire” production. Includes one bright green-labeled U.M.C. Foil Lined tin with crest logo, one waterproof Central Fire example with dark green paper top label, one gold “Trimmed Edge” Central Fire tin, and one scarce tan paper-labeled “Colt’s Patent Belt and Pocket Pistols” tin retaining traces of its original side seal. All display the distinctive foil-lined copper percussion caps inside, several examples well filled.

Condition
Good to very good overall. Surfaces with mild oxidation, edge wear, and light paper loss; color and print remain visible on all examples. Two retain paper tops and partial round seal remnants; interiors reveal intact copper percussion caps.
