A fine early example of a brass bullet mold with steel sprue plate and hinge fittings. This mold features two cavities—one for a round ball and the other for a conical bullet—providing versatility for percussion-era revolvers of .36 caliber. One handle bears an engraved monogram “W.M.,” likely the original owner’s initials, adding a personal historical element. The brass body shows appealing patina from age and honest use. Dimensions approx.: 4.75 x 1.175 in. Provenance: The Al and Carol Cali Collection. Pickup & Shipping: This lot may be picked up free of charge in Gardnerville, NV. It can also be delivered to the Annex Auctions facility for pickup in Sacramento for $25 pre-invoice. Shipping via FedEx within the continental U.S. for $50 + 1.5% insurance (unless waived in writing). Combined lot shipping available.

Condition

Good, showing evident field wear with small dings, marks, and surface wear from long use. Mechanically sound, with firm hinge movement and a working sprue plate.
