A substantial six-cavity iron bullet mold with turned wooden handles and brass ferrules, designed for casting .44H caliber heeled bullets. Each cavity is evenly machined, producing uniform projectiles suitable for larger percussion revolvers or early cartridge conversions. The sprue plate features an elongated slot and side lever for precise trimming and easy release. Stamped “44H” near the hinge, with additional small inspection and assembly marks. Small “S” stamps appear above the ferrules on both handles, and a “14” marking is present on the right brass collar—indicative of careful workshop assembly and quality control. A professional-grade tool representative of late percussion- to early cartridge-era reloading practice.
