An iron bullet mold manufactured by the Manhattan Firearms Manufacturing Co. of New York, bearing the maker’s arched stamp on the right side of the block. The dual cavities are cut for casting both round ball and conical projectiles, typical of mid-19th century percussion revolver accessories. The mold retains its original blued surface with honest age patina and light wear from use. This form was produced in the 1850s–1860s and is believed to have been supplied with Manhattan’s Navy-sized percussion revolvers in .36 caliber.
