A WWII Iron Cross 1st Class (Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse), three-piece construction with magnetic iron core and silver frame, mounted on a ribbed circular backplate with screwpost fitting. The front features a blackened iron cross with raised silver edge, central swastika, and date 1939 at the lower arm. Reverse fitted with a threaded screwpost and circular securing nut.
