A mid-19th-century iron bullet mold stamped “MANUFACTURED BY MASS. ARMS CO. / CHICOPEE FALLS” on the block, with an additional small “M” inspection marking beneath. The mold features two conical cavities measuring approximately .31 caliber, consistent with ammunition for pocket-sized percussion revolvers of the period. The steel surfaces display an even dark patina with light age mottling. One screw on the block is broken off, though the sprue cutter remains present and functional.
