The helmet is fitted with a wartime high-pressure liner retaining its original web suspension system and khaki web chinstrap. Interior liner marked with an “S” within a circle, indicating manufacture by Seaman Paper Company. The exterior bears period inventory or unit-style markings reading “CASU” and “505.”
