Framed WW1 bonds poster "Help our town win the right to fly this flag Third Liberty Loan honor roll" printer info on bottom right: "The W.F. Powers Co. Litho., N.Y.". The flag pictured on the poster was awarded by the treasury department to any town that met it's quota for selling government bonds in the 1918 3rd liberty loan act. The town would also get its name on the honor roll at the state capitol. Any one in the town that contributed to this effort would get their name tacked on the bottom of this poster, note the blue border does not extend to the bottom to make room for this.
